Title: Water Control: Geyser Burst vs Riptide power type labeling

Geyser Burst is labeled "Targeted (Location AoE)", while Riptide is labeled "Ranged (Targeted AoE)". Yet Riptide behaves as "Targeted (Location AoE)".
