Just joined..created my user name and PW...but wont let me log into the game. plz help?

Hello,

Can I just ask a couple of questions and hopefully we can get you set up and in the City.

First, just to check as there are multiple servers, did you sign up at Rebirth (https://www.cityofheroesrebirth.com/public/create) or another server (eg cake, sanctuary, homecoming)

What client are you using for City of Heroes, (eg Sweet Tea, Sunrise, Cream Soda)?

You may need to check the mainifest are you using to connect, it should be: https://join.cityofheroesrebirth.com/Manifests/Rebirth.xml

Also sometimes extra long passwords can cause an issue.

It's also worth noting that we do not yet have forum and game accounts linked, so you need to create a separate account for the forums and the game.  You can create a game account here: https://www.cityofheroesrebirth.com/public/create
