There is what I think is a bug/omission that is in the power Wet Ice for Ice Composition on Guardians. The power has some defense (0.75%) which is labeled as enhanceable and yet the power does not take Defense sets or even Defense generic IOs. An easy fix would be to allow for it to slot both those types of enhancements.
