I think team inspiration icons should be the same size as the comparable normal inspiration.
I have heard my team mates think they are worthless because the buff is so low.
But I think that's because the icon size gives them a misleading impression.
These two inspirations give the same bonus, but the group insp icon is larger, giving a false impression.
