Live Bug Reporting / Costume Creator can't find existing costume parts

I've seen this once or twice, but haven't had the issue last this long.

Anyways, when I pull up the current costume for this toon, it can't find the existing parts.  I've attached a screenshot of the error.

Hope it's an easy fix.

Any suggestions are welcome!  Thanks  :)
