Tech Issues / Sweet Tea & Nod's add-ons (Quick menu and Hi-Vis cursors)

I recently moved from Tequila to Sweet Tea, per erpmario's suggestion (Sunrise required another installation, even after that installion was installed - that's a different issue) and then realized that Nod's quickmenu was no longer installed. I have tried everything in my non-programmer knowledge, but it doesn't work - is there some file directory location nuance I am missing?, is anyone else having this issue?
