This isn't the only time I've seen this kind of scaling. There is some other powerset that grants a buff on hitting an enemy, and it scales the exact same way. Likely an issue with the Purple Patch, because those modifiers apply to almost everything in combat.

Live Bug Reporting / Final mission in Doc Buzzsaw's 5-parter has no completion XP

Just completed Doc Buzzsaw's first mission, which is the 5 part mission to go retrieve a bunch of body parts, and the last mission did not award XP upon mission completion, only 1000 infamy (at level 27). All previous parts award XP as you exit the mission and are given the next location, so it's possible this one was just missed and never got fixed on Live?

Not sure if this is working as intended.
