Mercury Shield energy melee/energy aura

This was a concept build that i put to test with rebirth's speed option burnout. Along with hasten and unrelenting you can have overload on perma. This build has a modest damage resistance of 64% S/L along with soft capped defenses but you add overload to the mix and its just wow!
