Cannot install due to RebithTest.exe

When trying to install, get "Cannot update RebithTest.exe" message.
log.txt shows
cannot get file from source http://join.cityofheroesrebirth.com/game_files/RebirthTest.exe

Are you still having problems with this?
If so try deleting RebirthTest.exe and revalidate

I think you caught us in the middle of a botched update to the manifest. This should have been resolved by now.
