Rebirth Quickmenu

I saw the discussion on the discord about the idea of adding the quickmenu files to the maniifest.

I would be all for this, and I am sure I am not the only one. That addon is chocked full of amazing utility, and the badge tracking along with the difficulty options are turly invaluable.

It was suggested to put the idea in suggestions, so here it is!

This has come up multiple times in the staff chats but one issue we need to work around is that if we do add it to the manifest then it may overwrite other custom menus players have.  I think there is a way around this but I would need to check with the devs working in that area.
