The empty slot in Lightning Storm above has an Imperial Might: Recharge/Chance for Knockdown/Knockback to Knockdown slotted in it.

This build has proven durable and fun, though even with three end-management powers, sometimes I'm barely avoiding running out. I have all the AoE dmg, Control, and Debuff of Storm, and sufficient ST dmg from Dark. I also have just enough heal in Moonbeam's slotting and Life Drain to keep my vertical, thanks to everything Storm brings. Freezing Rain > Blackstar is amazing damage too. I have Tactics' +ToHit IOs boosted to +5, so along with the Kismet +ToHit IO, means I barely have instasnipe for Moonbeam, which is very nice.

I never used Hurricane in the original version of this build, so I removed it to add Victory Rush - that third end-management power.
The goal is fun! Currently playing Alpine, Amberguard, And Go, As Flow the Years, Sesia, aTomiGrrl, Cool Hand Lexi, Gnawt, Tymhestloedd, and Wyldhaunt.
