with global recharge at 95% hasten goes off 2 minutes for every 3 making global recharge effectively at 142%. Overall damage from build at 349.25% with procs and buildups going off effectively hitting damage cap. Decimation in soul storm hits the right values for it to proc consistently. Haste overall 165%. defense values at: Smashing 36%, lethal 36%, Energy 42%. S/L resists at 62%. Soul storm coupled with power boost gives a very effective hold as witnessed numerous occasions on Shalice in Mothers of Mayhem trial. Hit points at 1323, recovery at 3.43 with end use at 1.31 and a max end of 110. So overall a very great build with healing and buffs for recharge and buffs for damage resist as well as other effects with increase density. I could add more recharge but its simply not needed, would rather have the set enhancements from winters gift giving me 6% resist to fire and cold and 10% mez coupled with 12% movement rate.
