BUGFIX
    -Something important was fixed, don't worry to much about it

Cosmetics:

    New Emblems disabled for Supergroup usage:
        - New emblems were not displaying on SG base items properly. We have disabled usage of all new emblems for SG emblems until base decoration is given a robust development pass.
