Quantum Gunners spawning in "Infiltrate the Skulls"

Apparently, Quantum Gunners will still spawn for Kheldians during the “Infiltrate the Skulls” mission from Eagle Eye, and they spawn as hostile.

It’s a bit of a Chicken Boo scenario.

Do they still do extra damage?

Yep. They’re just normal Quantum Skull.
