Spines/Bio-Armor Critique wanted

I’m floundering around trying to come up with a final build for my level 50 Scrapper. I’m still not sure about proper slotting for some of the powers. I am now wondering, for instance, if DNA siphon should be slotted as an AOE damage power that happens to heal, since I don’t use it much for healing or end recovery anymore. Acrobatics is probably overkill. But, this brings up the question of what to get instead.

The main weaknesses seem to be: Stuns/holds, though very brief drop toggles, debuffing mobs (particularly -defense, -regen, and -resist).
