Mercury Flex, super reflexes/ martial arts tanker

After looking at redlynnes build thoroughly i was curious about the extra damage resistance that is given in the build and used that to fill up many holes plus added tough and the speed pool. Burnout is so useful these days it will automatically recharge primary and secondary powers. So with this build i have elude effectively on perma with just a few clicks. Def on max with just a few clicks,resist for s/l at a respectable 60% and damage effectively at 330% with hybrid going off there's 400%. An interesting build to say the least but you do have to go old school and buy a raptor pack. With all the speed produced here by hasten and burnout ninja or beast run is perfect here.
